But, currently, it's by choice. WebGood morning Susan Lea :-) I may be wrong about what it means today, but in the old days years ago on the street chipping meant snorting small amounts of Heroin intermittantly as to hopefully not get strung out again. I believe it was done in the place of shooting up after a detox. Unfortunantely to the best of my knowledge it very seldom worked.
