So far the only thing I changed was the temp settings. Spool says 180-210, So I leave it around 205-207. And maybe put the flow to 95-97. WebNo problems with clogging for me with Hatchbox. But, clogging is usually a product of printing with the temp too high. This can cause the wood fibers to char inside the nozzle and clump and clog. You need to print with temp on PLA’s low end. I used a brand before (Sunlu/Jayo) that liked it at 180C and that’s what the manufacturer recommended. WebCura generic PETG profile. Temp to 235 and bed at 70. I’m on direct drive so my retraction is only 0.5mm at 35mm/s but in general retract a tiny bit more than with PLA because Petg wants to be stringy. Too much and you will get a heat break clog through.

Try cleaning the bed; use gloves and LOTS of alcohol, in several passes. Fresh paper towel each pass. I have tried various combinations of hotter and cooler extruder and bed (180 - 220°C extruder, 50 - 78°C bed).
