Well there must be .fst files for them to show up in the Plugin Database and there must be either .dll or .vst3 files for plugins to show up again after a scan. You just need to find those files and eliminate them.

File ---> Save As ---> (go to the 'Templates' folder) ---> Create a new folder ---> (go to the newly created folder) ---> Save the template in that folder ---> Restart FL, then it shows up. I guess the presets did not load into FL Studio. Its fine with UAD and WAV plugins for example. Also they seem to have a preset selector in their own UI.
