Though I don't think anyone farms every path every day. WebSoloing is doable but it reauires a certain level of knowledge of the dungeon, of your class and a certain level of skill. The HotW paths involve underwater combat which PuGs tend to be slow/unfamiliar with, and Aetherblade, CoF P3 and Arah P4 take longer than the other paths even with an experienced group.
