WebArduino Programming. At the board should be another chip, closer to the usb port, ch340 or a ftdi. Chances are high you need another driver depending on the chip. Than it cant be the driver, maybe a to thin wire or only a power cable. The last time this for real happened to me --- changing the USB cable worked for me.
