If I use my own bond it made with PVA and kiln dried sand and let it dry , wont that form a barrier as I want to skim with lime plaster. Some walls are plastered in board finish and some are the original lime plaster thats been painted, the local inspector says I have to skim with lime plaster. Any hints or experience?
